Âé¶¹¸£ÀûÍø is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead direct sales efforts within cardiac operating environments and related hospital departments. In this role, you will provide technical and procedural expertise to support surgeons and clinical teams, including in-theatre assistance and post-operative follow-up as needed. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the adoption of innovative medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Increase utilisation and adoption within existing accounts
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver regional and corporate objectives
- Partner with marketing to exchange insights on market trends and customer needs
- Attend industry conferences and relevant events
- Maintain accurate tracking of customer activity and territory performance
- Ensure compliance with all hospital access and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Background in medical devices or a clinically-focused sales environment preferred
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25-80%)
- Fluency in English and German
