Âé¶¹¸£ÀûÍø is seeking a Logistics Operator to support logistical activities within laboratory and office environments. This role focuses on warehouse management, inventory control, and the coordination of shipments for analytical and technical materials. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining compliance with internal procedures.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplies for laboratories, including inventory control.
- Perform warehouse management tasks such as requisitioning and restocking lab consumables, chemicals, and other materials using systems like 6S and Kanban.
- Coordinate logistics for pharmaceutical samples and technical materials, including goods receipt and shipments.
- Provide administrative support for logistical operations.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Assist with and manage projects related to logistics and warehousing.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English; basic knowledge of spoken German is advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
- Background in logistics, with hands-on experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Degree or apprenticeship in logistics is preferred.
