Âé¶¹¸£ÀûÍø is seeking a Logistics Operator for a 12-month contract role based in Switzerland. In this position, you will oversee logistical activities to support the daily operations of laboratories and office areas. Key responsibilities include warehouse management, inventory control, and handling analytical and technical shipments. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers and involvement in logistics-related projects.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Manage supplies for laboratories, including inventory control.
- Perform warehouse management tasks such as requisitioning and restocking lab consumables, chemicals, and other materials using systems like 6S and Kanban.
- Handle logistics for pharmaceutical samples and technical materials, including goods receipt and shipments, following internal procedures.
- Provide administrative support for logistics operations.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with and manage projects related to logistics and warehousing.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of spoken German.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Background in logistics, with relevant education or apprenticeship.
- Experience in logistics (minimum of 3 years preferred).
