Âé¶¹¸£ÀûÍø is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Founding Scientist to lead the development of a groundbreaking rejuvenation platform. This role focuses on exploring and optimizing genetic reprogramming and delivery tools to target aged tissues such as skin, muscle, liver, and brain. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge biology and AI, driving innovation in anti-aging therapeutics. This is a high-impact position with significant autonomy and leadership potential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and test in vivo and in vitro anti-aging therapies using tools like OSKM and CRISPR.
- Engineer and evaluate novel gene delivery systems (e.g., SPIT, SEND, LNPs, AAV) for safe and effective payload transfer.
- Design cyclic reprogramming protocols to induce rejuvenation without dedifferentiation.
- Apply or integrate machine learning tools for vector optimization, biomarker prediction, and epigenetic clock regression.
- Conduct aging-related phenotyping, including epigenetic clocks, senescence assays, mitochondrial function, and transcriptomics.
- Validate anti-aging therapies in human cells and aged animal models.
- Contribute to intellectual property filings, grant applications, and technical white papers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD-PhD, or strong MS) in Molecular Biology, Aging Biology, Genetic Engineering, Synthetic Biology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in anti-aging, reprogramming, or regenerative medicine.
- Practical knowledge of gene delivery platforms such as AAV, LNPs, VLPs, or CRISPR delivery tools.
- Proficiency in wet-lab techniques, including molecular cloning, qPCR, microscopy, immunostaining, and viral packaging.
- Ability to independently manage full R&D projects in a one-person lab setup.
- Experience leveraging machine learning, AI, or bioinformatics for biological problem-solving.
