We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Data Coordinator to join our Clinical Data Management team. Reporting to the Clinical Data Manager, the Clinical Data Coordinator, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of clinical trial data, contributing to the successful development and regulatory approval of our products.
Please note this position is remote, based anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical trial data using electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Conduct ongoing data review and discrepancy resolution in collaboration with clinical staff.
- Perform data validation and query management to ensure data quality and compliance with study protocols.
- Ensure data handling and all data management activities are conducted per data management plans, data validation plans, and edit check plans and in compliance with company SOPs
- Maintain study documentation data queries logs and ensure archival of clinical data management documents for TMF
- Participate in cross-functional study team meetings and contribute to project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, QA, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Perform data cleaning, discrepancy management, SAE and vendor integration reconciliation activities to ensure timely database lock.
- Conduct periodic data reviews.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, information technology, or related field.
- >5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related clinical research role.
- Familiarity with EDC systems (Crucial Data Solutions/TrialKit preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
