Lead the future of cardiovascular care-shaping strategy, driving launches, and making a global impact.

Âé¶¹¸£ÀûÍø is seeking an Associate Director Marketing - International to lead the strategic management of a cardiovascular franchise across international markets. This role involves close collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, drive execution, and share best practices. Based in Switzerland, this hybrid position requires regular presence in the office to foster teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Support country teams in localizing strategies and monitoring execution, including adoption of key initiatives.
  • Assist in strategic and tactical planning, patient identification programs, and healthcare stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive pricing, market access strategies, and innovative value propositions in partnership with the market access team.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, resource allocation, and launch tracking for early course correction.
  • Lead cross-functional regional product teams to seamlessly manage launch execution.
  • Develop tailored marketing materials and platforms aligned with global strategies.
  • Coordinate supporting functions to optimize collaboration and avoid overlap.
  • Foster collaboration with medical teams while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Act as a role model, embodying company values and maintaining patient-centricity.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent); science background preferred.
  • Strong commercial experience in pharma/biotech, particularly in rare diseases or specialty care.
  • Proven track record in product launches and commercialization in international geographies.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, segmentation, differentiation, and market access.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, financial acumen, and execution leadership.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-country teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory, and legal frameworks for commercial activities.
